Logistics Invoice Coordinator – Exciting Opportunity in Lake Oswego!

This is a Contract role.

 

Duties:

• Process and audit rail transportation invoices daily using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

• Maintain and update invoice records in TMS

• Identify billing issues and work directly with rail carriers to resolve discrepancies

• Communicate with internal departments and provide support as needed

• Reject and follow up on incorrect or incomplete invoices

• Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting metrics

• Provide timely updates on payment statuses and respond to invoice inquiries

• Occasionally provide after-hours support when needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• 1–2 years of logistics, billing, or administrative experience preferred

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work in a team environment

• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

 

Pay: $24–$26/hr DOE

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

Location: Lake Oswego, OR
