Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:15 PM (through March), then 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Location: Arden / South Asheville Area

Our client, a busy and well-established landscape supply yard in the Arden area, is looking for an experienced Front Loader Operator to join their team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll be helping customers get loaded quickly and safely with mulch, soil, and other bulk materials.

  • Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:15 PM (through March)

  • Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM (seasonal extension)

• Location: Arden / South Asheville Area

• Full-time, long-term opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a front loader to move and load mulch, soil, and other materials

• Load customer vehicles and trucks safely and efficiently

• Move and stage materials around the yard

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment

• Work directly with customers to ensure they get the right materials quickly

• Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues

What They’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of front loader or heavy equipment experience

• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather

• Strong attention to safety and awareness of surroundings

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Able to work efficiently in a busy yard environment
