Job Title: Construction Laborer 
Schedule: 2nd Shift  6pm to 4:30 am  6 days/week  60 hours/week
Pay: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

Site Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and maintain construction site
• Remove debris and waste materials
• Organize and move construction materials
• Keep work areas safe and organized

General Labor & Support

• Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople and crew
• Perform general construction labor tasks
• Use basic hand tools as needed
• Support various construction activities

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures
• Wear provided safety equipment at all times
• Maintain a safe work environment

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Walk and stand for extended periods
• Climb stairs and perform physical labor
