Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Full-time, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $17-20 DOE, paid weekly

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for operating production and die-cutting presses while performing in-process visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and ready to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain 100% compliance with all safety policies and procedures

• Operate production and die-cutting presses

• Perform visual, in-process inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain consistent quality control on all items produced

• Make recommendations to management regarding product and process improvements

• Assist with physical inventory as needed

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

• Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors and team members

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• On-site availability required
