Salary: $20/hr

We are seeking an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Fitchburg, MA. You will be handling assembly work of electro-mechanical products by following work instructions, quality standards, and established manufacturing procedures in a production environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly work following work orders and detailed instructions
• Use a variety of small hand tools and precision equipment to assemble components accurately
• Accurately complete daily work orders and time sheets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Identify and report issues with materials, equipment, or work instructions
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
• Use ERP systems for production tracking as required (training provided)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail with steady hands and good eye-hand coordination
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
