Salary: $30-35/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and schematics that support our fabrication projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse design tasks utilizing advanced CAD software, contributing to innovative and efficient project solutions.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD
• Create schematics, layouts, and construction documents aligned with project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of civil and mechanical designs for various projects.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions into finalized drawings.
• Support project teams with drafting related to planning and visualization, including 2D animation when applicable.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, SketchUp, NavisWorks, or SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in creating schematics and technical drawings for metal structures.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and best practices in the architecture, engineering, and/or construction industries.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate drawings.
