Salary: up to $16.50/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Data Entry Clerks for a short term project for a Tyler, Tx, organization! Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary.

 

Responsibilities:

• Typing, filing and scheduling, 
• Perform duties such as financial record keeping
• Coordination of meetings and conferences
• Coordinating direct mailings 
• Working on special projects / Obtaining Supplies 
• Quick books and Raisers Edge
• Receive funds from pledges and data entry

Requirements:

• Problem solver 
• Highly organized 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong office 10k kph or higher

Qualifications:

• 3 years of administrative experience
• Additional certification in office management or related field is a plus
