What You'll Be Doing:

• Precision Fabrication: Create rubber belts and hoses to exact customer specifications.
• Hands-On Work: Measure, cut, and assemble parts, preparing products for shipping.
• Variety: Engage in various tasks to keep busy and productive.

What We Need From You:

• Skills: Strong math and ruler skills are a must. Testing is required for consideration.
• Experience: Previous fabrication experience is ideal but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and comfortable standing for long periods.
• Strength: Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Driving Record: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report.
