Auto Mechanic

Located in Sherman, TX

Salary: Up to $30/Hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Service Technician position for a Texoma Area company!

We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in the Texoma Area that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools and software

• - Repair or replace engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and braking systems

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance

  • Accurately document repairs and services performed

  • Test-drive vehicles to ensure proper operation after repairs

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

  Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (1-2 years +)

  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures

  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
