Job Overview

We are seeking a polished, professional, and reliable Front Office/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment, communicates clearly, and can confidently manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous, professional manner
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls (multi‑line phone systems)
• Respond to emails and general inquiries
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Check in visitors and coordinate meeting room setups
• Handle filing, document organization, and general administrative tasks
• Receive, ship, and distribute mail and packages
• Support general office administration as needed
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively at all times

 

Required Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a corporate office, reception, or franchised business environment
• Strong multi‑tasking ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and modern phone systems
• Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and strong customer‑service mindset
• Ability to start immediately and attend interviews on short notice
• Must be open to temporary, casual, and on‑call assignments
• Driving is highly desirable for certain client locations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
