Salary: $23.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Compounder/Batcher for a manufacturing company in the Brampton area. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years of experience, and a valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift license.

Monday-Friday DAY Shift 7am-3:30PM

$23/hour + 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities

1. Add product according to the specifications to the blending machine
2. Quality checks on the batches, taking samples and checking for defects
3. Maintain concise, accurate records of all mixed batches
4. Accurately measure and weight ingredients according to the instructions on the batch sheets
5. Load empty bags into asphalt filling machine, guide bags through sealer, lift onto skids (2-person team lifting 50 lbs total). Jobs will rotate and you can be expected to work at different stations through the day
6. Lifting is up to 30lbs alone, and 50lbs with a 2nd person
7. Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklift

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a compounding/batching role with a valid reference to confirm the experience
• Must have a valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift license
