CDL B Diesel Delivery Driver

Salary: $25-28

Our client in Cedar Rapids is seeking a CDL B Diesel Delivery Driver to join their operations team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Load fuel into tank wagon from stationary tanker
• Deliver and refill diesel fuel at large construction job sites
• Fill diesel-powered construction equipment, heaters, and generators
• Refill 500–1,200 gallon fuel cubes placed throughout job sites
• Load and unload fuel safely into delivery vehicles and customer tanks/equipment
• Complete accurate delivery tickets and maintain electronic inventory records
• Perform required pre-trip, post-trip, and safety inspections
• Communicate delivery issues, route challenges, and customer needs with dispatch and management
• Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation
• Follow all company, DOT, and safety policies at all times

 

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class B with Hazmat and Air Brake endorsements
• CTEP/Bobtail Certification
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean driving record
• Prior diesel or fuel delivery experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently

 

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

Pay: $25–$28/hour, based on experience
