Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift in Russia, Ohio. This role focuses on operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and manufacturing machines according to work instructions
• Set up machines, load materials, and make adjustments as required
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and specification compliance
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Accurately document production counts, quality checks, and downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or production instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance with flexibility for weekend work as needed
• Willingness to work overtime when required
