Our client, a close-knit organization in Richmond, Ontario, is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Associate to join their team full-time and make an impact in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Must be available to work on-site during the probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and voicemail
- Provide general information to callers and address questions in a timely, professional manner
- Prepare estimates and quotes for inquiries received through phone, email, and social media platforms
- Manage bookings using internal software
- Schedule deliveries, process payments, and maintain accurate client and unit records
- Enter client details into software, including driver’s license information, and prepare lease agreements for e-signature via DocuSign
- Process credit card payments and issue receipts and welcome emails to new clients
- Maintain organized, up-to-date digital files and client records
- Update OneNote with client notes, issues, follow-ups, and priority tasks
- Contact clients regarding outstanding balances, expired payment details, and move-out coordination
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from Facebook, Kijiji, and Google
- Maintain and update online advertisements with current rates, availability, and promotions
- Conduct regular competitor pricing and market analysis, monitoring rates and promotional activity
Required skills and qualifications:
- Must have customer service experience, with strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly approach
- Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with clients by phone and confident asking questions when clarification is needed
- Strong written communication skills, including drafting clear and friendly emails
- Intermediate Excel experience required, including working with spreadsheets and basic data management
- Working knowledge of websites and online platforms such as Google
- English proficiency required; bilingualism is an asset (at least basic level)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office daily
- Bondable, with the ability to handle credit card and sensitive client information confidentially
- Experience with social media posting is a strong asset, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Experience conducting market research, including competitor comparisons, is an asset

The wage for this position ranges from $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm (Flexible)
