General Laborer – 1st Shift
North Versailles, PA 15137
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or until the job is complete

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a General Laborer on behalf of one of our clients.

This is a hands-on construction labor role for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and not afraid of hard work. You will be working outdoors at active job sites and assisting with a wide range of construction tasks.

Job Duties

• Perform general labor tasks at construction sites

• Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift materials up to 100 lbs

• Clean and prepare job sites to remove hazards

• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

• Operate jackhammers or drills to break concrete or pavement

• Set up and tear down scaffolding, shoring, barricades, ramps, and temporary structures

• Dig trenches and ditches, backfill excavations, and compact or level earth

• Locate existing pipes needing repair or replacement

• Assist with installing piping

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License

• DOT Medical Card

• Steel-toe boots and long pants required

• Ability to handle physical, outdoor work in all conditions
