General Laborer / Utility Laborer / Gas Line Worker
Location: North Versailles, PA 15137
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or until job completion

Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Laborers on behalf of one of our clients. We are looking for Utility Laborers and Gas Line Workers to assist with underground pipe installation and construction. These General Laborer positions are hands-on roles for candidates who are physically capable, reliable, and ready for outdoor work.

Pay: $18/hour

Job Duties:

• Perform general labor tasks at construction sites as a Utility Laborer / Gas Line Worker
• Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift materials up to 100 lbs
• Clean and prepare job sites to remove hazards
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate jackhammers or drills to break concrete or pavement
• Set up and tear down scaffolding, shoring, barricades, ramps, and temporary structures
• Dig trenches and ditches, backfill excavations, and compact or level earth
• Locate existing pipes needing repair or replacement
• Assist with installing underground gas piping

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• DOT Medical Card
• Steel-toe boots and long pants required
• Ability to handle physical, outdoor work in all conditions
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow instructions
