Express Employment in Paris, TN is looking for Customer Service Representatives. 

Customer Service Representative handling high volumes of customer calls (inbound/outbound) to answer questions, resolve complaints, process orders/returns, and provide product info, acting as the company's frontline by maintaining customer satisfaction, updating CRM systems, and de-escalating issues using scripts and active listening.

Duties Include: Customer Interaction, Data Management, Inbound/Outbound Calls

Qualifications: Computer Proficiency, Call Center Experience, Phone Etiquette 

Pay: $12-$14/hr./ Day Shift/ No weekends
