Machine Operator

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a Webster City, IA company that is seeking additional Machine Operators! This is a full-time, evaluation to hire opportunity with a pay rate starting at $19/hr!

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior manufacturing experience and at least one of year of forklift operating experience. 

Environment: 

• This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm with some overtime available
• Casual clothing is preferred in this environment; steel toed shoes are required! Additional PPE will be provided
• Candidate must be comfortable working in a dirty industrial environment, warehouse is not temperature-controlled

Duties:

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Operating a forklift to move materials and IBC's in and out of the yard

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments required
• Ability to handle physical workload, lifting up to 50lbs
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
