Job Summary:
The Office Manager will work directly with the company owner to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure that all employees follow company policies and procedures. This role calls for a decisive and firm leader who ensures company policies are followed, keeps operations running smoothly, and maintains high standards across the team
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the company owner with special projects, scheduling, and operational tasks.
Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
Follow up on HR-related duties, including paperwork, compliance, and employee records.
Monitor staff to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
Maintain office organization, manage communications, and support day-to-day administrative needs.
Serve as a point of contact between employees and management, ensuring accountability and consistent enforcement of company standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to enforce rules fairly and consistently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in HR or employee onboarding is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
