Salary: $23-$28BOE
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community engagement
Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
Present and sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, life, and umbrella policies)
Educate customers on coverage options, pricing, and policy features
Maintain and grow an existing book of business
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and onboarding process
Follow up on leads and renewals to maximize retention
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Adhere to Wisconsin insurance regulations and company compliance standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Wisconsin Property & Casualty insurance license
Prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office technology#2069WI
