Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct-hire Accounting Specialist for an opportunity in Orlando, FL!

Position Details:

• Salary Range - $40,000/year - $60,000/year (Depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-site role. Full-time, direct-hire position.

Job Duties:

• Create vendor and customer accounts.
• Update assets & inventory accounts as needed.
• Prepare Sales & Use Tax Returns in accordance with state and local laws.
• Manage daily cash postings across multiple payment channels.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Experience with Accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage 50, etc.
• Must have experience with filing Sales & Use Tax Returns.
• Must have experience with Accounts Payable & Receivable.
