Groundskeeper

Located in Portage, MI

Salary: $17

Responsibilities:

• Assist with snow removal
• Clean out units, pull carpet from vacant units

• Perform fall leaf clean-up across designated outdoor areas.

• Assist with general landscaping tasks such as pulling weeds, raking, mulching, and clearing walkways.

• Bag, haul, and dispose of yard waste as needed.

• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely (rakes, clippers, blowers,

• Willingness to shovel, use a snowblower, push a salt spreader, lift 50# bags of salt etc.).

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.

• Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work for the duration of the shift.

• Comfortable working in varying fall weather conditions.

• Ability to work weekends, when snow removal is needed.

• Lift 50lbs

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
