General Laborer – Remediation & Remodel Support

Location: Weatherford, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with residential and light commercial remediation and remodel projects. This role supports a variety of hands-on tasks, including cleanup, material handling, light repairs, and assisting skilled workers on-site. Ideal candidates are hardworking, teachable, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in demolition, debris removal, and jobsite cleanup
• Support remediation tasks, including drying, mitigation setup, and equipment handling
• Perform general handyman duties as needed
• Help with trim installation, flooring, painting, and drywall repair (experience preferred)
• Load, unload, and stage materials
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Work alongside lead technicians and carpenters to complete daily project tasks

Preferred Experience

• Basic knowledge of remodel or construction work
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Skills in trim work, flooring, painting, or drywall are a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
