Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to set up, operate, and maintain industrial embroidery machines to stitch logos and designs onto garments while meeting quality standards and production deadlines.

Job Description for Embroidery Machine Operator:

• Machine Operation: Operate multi-head embroidery machines, load garments, hoop fabric, and select appropriate threads and designs per work orders.
  • Quality Control: Monitor machine performance, inspect finished items for defects, adjust tension and stitch settings, and trim loose threads.
  • Setup & Preparation: Read and interpret work orders, prepare materials, and set up machines for various embroidery jobs.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, oiling, and basic troubleshooting; report major mechanical issues to management.
  • Work Area Management: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure supplies are stocked and ready for production.

Requirements for Embroidery Garment Quality Control (QC):

• Strong attention to detail for accurate design placement and color matching.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn embroidery machine operation and basic mechanics.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and design specifications.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift moderate loads.
  • Previous embroidery or machine operation experience is preferred; training may be available.
