Looking for a pleasant and sociable person to work temporarily as a Receptionist in beautiful downtown GJ.
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5pm (might change here and there for events)
February 2, 2026 - May 29, 2026
Must have: -Exceptional customer service skills in person and on the phone-Experience with answering phones and transferring to staff-General computer knowledge with Microsoft Office
Position overview:-Answer and transfer phone calls-Greet walk-in traffic/donors with pleasant demeanor-Offer drinks to visitors-Maintain meeting rooms, kitchens-Event setup -Other duties as assigned
Must pass background check and drug screeningMust have resume
