Our client (Property Management) is seeking a reliable and organized Entry-Level Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This position will begin as part-time and will temporarily transition to full-time during a maternity leave period. The role will include a training period at the start of employment. Lease experience is a plus but not required.

If the position transitions to full-time, the role will be classified as contract labor once hired by our client. If the arrangement is workable for both parties, the position may lead to a permanent role following the contract period.

Initially the work schedule will be three (3) days per week—Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—during the training period, which will continue until the start of maternity leave.

During the maternity leave period (April 24–July 15), the position will transition to full-time, five (5) days per week.

Upon the return of permanent staff member, the schedule will revert to three (3) days per week—Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with basic front-office communication

  • Manage email correspondence and route messages appropriately

  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and internal coordination

  • Order office supplies and help maintain office inventory

  • Support basic reporting, spreadsheets, and routine paperwork

  • Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks as trained

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

Preferred Qualifications: 

Preferred Qualifications

·         Entry-level office or administrative experience

·         Lease or property-related experience is a plus but not mandatory

·         Strong organizational and communication skills

·         Ability to multitask and work independently
