We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience with B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
• Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
• Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
• Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients across different industries including technology, retail, or business services.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Analytical skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Experience in marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer acquisition is a plus.
