Schedule: Friday-Monday 5 AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $24/hr.

Express is looking for a driven Weekend Team Lead ready to take charge and elevate a fast‑growing team. What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse staff.
• Serve as the go-to resource for questions related to warehouse processes.
• Assist with training new employees, including safety procedures and equipment use.
• Help prioritize and reassign tasks to meet daily operational needs.
• Communicate regularly with management on team performance, needs, and improvements.
• Oversee receiving, verifying, and distributing materials.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse systems and resolve inventory or order discrepancies.
• Support quality checks, cycle counts, and general warehouse upkeep.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and units of measure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable using manual pallet jacks and occasionally operating a forklift.
• High School Diploma required; warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Perform bending, kneeling, climbing, and repetitive motions.
• Work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and machinery.
