Stand-Up Forklift Operator & Pallet Builder

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator & Pallet Builder to support warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for operating material handling equipment, building custom pallets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.

Job Duties

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials, products, and inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Build custom wooden pallets according to customer and operational specifications
• Load and unload materials, shipments, and inventory safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities
• Inspect forklift equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines
• Organize and stage materials for production and shipping needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid stand-up forklift certification required
• Minimum one year of stand-up forklift experience required
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move 50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
