Pay & Schedule

Wage: $20–$30/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Team to coordinate project materials from order through delivery
• Manage material purchasing and vendor coordination, including ordering products and scheduling deliveries
• Maintain project shipping schedules and provide consistent updates to customers (daily/weekly)
• Coordinate deliveries between warehouse operations, vendors, and customer jobsites
• Accurately bill customers for materials shipped and delivered
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and industry partners to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or account support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced, construction or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to meet deadlines and project goals
