Production Worker (Assembly) - Manufacturing

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team specializing in tire and wheel assembly. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble tire and wheel components according to work instructions and customer specifications
• Mount, inflate, and balance tire and wheel assemblies
• Identify and verify correct parts and materials for production
• Read and follow detailed work instructions, production guidelines, and safety procedures
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Enter production-related information into computer systems as required
• Maintain continuous production while meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of manufacturing, assembly, or factory experience required
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Commitment to workplace safety and established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts in a production environment
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
