Express Employment Professionals seeks Production Area Leads for a Tier 1 automotive supplier in Toledo, Oh.
This position oversees a group of laborers in Leather, Bedliner & Graphics departments according to FCA Chrysler specifications. Those with automotive repair TEAM LEAD experience are urged to apply! Job duties include training and monitoring employees, ensuring safety protocols are followed, reporting production numbers to management, ensuring quality standards set by FCA are followed etc. Pay starts from $18+, based on experience & shift.
Schedule
A shift: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm, with OT based on production needs
C shift: Friday-Sunday 6am-4:30pm & Monday 6pm-4:30am with OT based on production needs
