Join a growing and dynamic manufacturing team through Express Employment Professionals in Guelph! We are hiring on behalf of a well-established and expanding local employer seeking a Chemical Mixer Operator to support continued growth. This is an excellent Direct hire opportunity for someone looking for stability, consistent daytime hours, and long-term career potential in a safety-focused environment.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Identify and assemble raw materials, including measurement
• Add measured raw materials in a batch according to recipe
• Report low inventory levels for stock
• Monitor mixing and proactively report problems and non-compliant material
• Accurately fill out batch sheet for materials used and material output
• Ensure materials are stored safely according to Safety Standards Aid and comply with all safety standards and rules

Additional Safety Requirement:

• Must be clean shaven or have a goatee only, as employees are required to wear a respirator while mixing batches; facial hair that interferes with respirator fit is not permitted.

What We’re Looking For:

• Consistently follows safety procedures and policies
• Previous warehouse experience is required
• Previous Forklift experience of at least 2 years required
• Previous batch mixing experience is required
• Ability to lift up to 50lb bags, multiple times a day into batch mixer
