Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding local manufacturer that produces construction-related materials including sealants, adhesives, and foam solutions used across industrial and building applications. Their products support industries such as HVAC, plumbing, and general construction across North America.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Identify and assemble raw materials, including measurement
- Add measured raw materials into batches according to recipes
- Report low inventory levels for stock
- Monitor mixing processes and proactively report issues or non-compliant materials
- Accurately complete batch sheets for materials used and output
- Ensure materials are stored safely and comply with all safety standards and regulations
Additional Safety Requirement:
- Must be clean shaven or have a goatee only, as employees are required to wear a respirator while mixing batches; facial hair that interferes with respirator fit is not permitted
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong commitment to following safety procedures and policies
- Previous forklift experience is considered a strong asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb bags multiple times per day into a batch mixer
- Experience working with chemicals, sealants, adhesives, or similar materials is considered a strong asset
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with strong odors, resins, or chemical compounds
- Ability to follow precise formulas, measurements, and detailed work instructions with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and quality control when handling materials and completing batch documentation
- Experience using PPE (respirators, gloves, eye protection) in a regulated safety environment
- Basic computer or paperwork skills for tracking production, batch records, and inventory
- Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with production and warehouse teams
