We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Commercial Casework Installer to join a local team specializing in institutional projects, including hospitals, schools, and other commercial facilities. This role is not residential. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial environments and can lead installation projects from start to finish while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the installation of commercial casework and solid surface materials in hospitals, schools, and similar institutional settings.
• Oversee projects from layout through final installation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Read and interpret commercial blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans.
• Drill into concrete and masonry substrates to install brackets, supports, and anchoring systems.
• Install wall-mounted and floor-mounted casework, countertops, and related components per commercial standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a commercial installation environment.
• Commercial casework installation experience required (hospital, school, or institutional work preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret commercial blueprints and shop drawings.
• Must provide own installation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
