Landscape Crew Member – Outdoor Work Environment

Enjoy working outside and getting your hands in the dirt? We’re looking for dependable and experienced individuals to join a landscaping team that values safety, teamwork, and a positive work culture.

This role involves physically demanding outdoor work, including frequent walking, lifting, digging, pushing, and pulling. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Attention to detail and the ability to safely operate both hand and power tools are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and maintain a variety of plantings including flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Assist with seasonal landscape enhancements and upkeep
• Perform pruning, planting, and general landscape care
• Support specialty projects such as drainage improvements and garden installations
• Participate in seasonal décor setups and event-related installations (indoor and outdoor)
• Work on assigned service routes throughout the growing season

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Year-round employment with a short seasonal layoff period (late winter) for select positions
• Opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability (punctuality is key)
• Good communication skills (basic conversational English required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
