Senior Forklift Operator – Cold Storage Warehouse
Location: American Falls, ID
Pay: $22–$23 per hour

We are hiring a top-tier forklift operator for a temperature-controlled food storage facility in the American Falls area. This position requires exceptional skill, focus, and reliability. You will be working in a high-risk, high-precision environment where experience is not optional.

This position is ideal for operators who take pride in accuracy, safety, and professionalism in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach forklifts (stand-up/reach trucks) at 30 feet+ 

• Use sit-down forklifts to move and stage product

• Transport palletized inventory in a freezer and refrigerated warehouse

• Maintain accurate product placement and inventory control

• Follow strict safety and food-handling standards

• Perform in a fast-moving, high-volume operation

Requirements

• Verified forklift experience, including reach truck operation

• Ability to work confidently at high elevations

• Background working in cold storage or freezer facilities

• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

• Proven reliability and strong attendance

• Dependable transportation to American Falls

• Ability to commute in winter driving conditions

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends

• Must pass background check and drug screening
