Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking detail-oriented Quality Technicians for a company in Lino Lakes, MN. This is a temporary project, but quality candidates may be considered for contract-to-hire. Ideal candidates have strong hand-eye coordination and experience inspecting small parts under a microscope.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Line up gage pin with cross holes to be measured
- Perform microscope visual inspections for surface blemishes on tiny metal parts
- Ensure parts pass inspection and meet quality standards
- Handle and measure very small components using pin and thread gages
- Document inspection results accurately
Qualifications
- Microscope visual inspection experience (keen eye for surface blemishes on tiny metal parts)
- Experience handling very small parts
- Attention to detail and expert hand dexterity
- Ability to do seated work for the shift
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
