Service Technician

Salary: $20/HR

We are looking for a motivated individual to join a leading coin-operated laundry equipment supplier.  As part of their team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with equipment installation, maintenance, and ongoing service to ensure their laundry operations run smoothly. If you're eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Review all service tickets for assigned routes
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete work orders and service tickets for each machine repaired
• Keep service van clean, stocked, and orderly at all times
• Maintain petty cash for refunds and unforeseen developments
• Travel in company vehicle from site to site
• Lift, move, and handle equipment using a dolly and manual labor

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, high energy, and eagerness to learn
• Computer experience including email, internet, and parts lookup software
• Ability to read diagrams and technical schematics
• Must be able to lift 40-70 lbs and handle frequent physical activity (lifting, bending, twisting, stretching, etc.)
