Construction Support Worker (Crawl Space Specialist)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Construction Support Worker to assist with projects in crawl spaces and under residential structures. This role is hands-on and requires someone comfortable working in tight, confined areas and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work in crawl spaces and under homes
• Assist with installation of moisture barriers, insulation, and drainage systems
• Perform general labor including digging, lifting, and material handling
• Support technicians and skilled trades on job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in confined spaces
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
