Schedule & Pay:

• Pay: $19.02/hour
• Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: Fridays as needed (time and a half after 40 hours)
• Hours: 40+ hours per week
• Pay Frequency: Weekly (paid every Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Repair and rebuild large wooden cranberry bins/crates in a warehouse setting
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs according to specifications
• Perform general labor tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Able to stand and work on your feet for 10-hour shifts
• Previous general labor, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
• Must have at least 3–4 months of consistent work history in the past year
• Steel toe boots required (all other PPE provided)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
