Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Performance Bonuses

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Birmingham, Alabama to lead large-scale construction and structural steel projects. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven Project Manager focused on schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers

• Review and approve plans, specifications, and cost estimates

• Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Project Manager

• Structural steel or commercial construction background preferred

• Proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, and/or Primavera P6

• Strong skills in scheduling, estimating, and project coordination

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality procedures
