NOW HIRING: CNC Setup Operator & Machinist Roles 1st & 2nd shift!

Location: Brighton, MI
Pay: Setup Operator $20.00–$25.00/hr., Machinists $30.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedules: 1st shift 5am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, 2nd shift 3:15pm-1:45am Monday-Friday additional overtime Saturdays as needed.

Job Descriptions & Current Open Positions:

1st and 2nd shift CNC Turning – CNC Lathe Setup Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC turning equipment for low- to mid-volume precision machined parts. Knowledge with 3-axis live tooling equipment, high preference to Mazak equipment.
• Perform machine setups, tool offsets, part inspections, and adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurement specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain tight tolerances

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• 2–5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Comfortable working independently in a job shop environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

1st & 2nd shift CNC Milling Machinist (Programmer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, Setup, Operate CNC milling equipment for low- to mid-volume production, Mastercam programming.
• Perform setups, tooling changes, offsets, and part inspections.
• Read blueprints and machining documentation.
• Maintain quality standards using precision measuring tools.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years CNC milling experience, Bridge mill knowledge preferred.
• MasterCAM Programming.
• Strong programming, tooling selection, and process optimization skills.
