Shifts: Weekends - Fri - Sun 630a-7pm (shift diff $2)
Pay: $22.00–$35.00/hour (based on experience lvl)

About the Role
Are you a skilled machinist who takes pride in precision and quality? Our Client is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operators. In this role, you’ll set up, and operate machines to fabricate and manufacture metal components. You’ll collaborate with Engineering to optimize processes while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision metal components

• Interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and process standards

• Set up machines, install tooling, and select appropriate programs

• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, gauges, optical comparators, dial indicators, and height gauges

• Perform first-piece inspections and document results

• Complete machine changeovers, clean equipment, and perform basic tooling maintenance

• Monitor tooling and raw material inventory

• Operate supporting equipment such as drills, grinders, and disc/ring cells

• Enter production and inspection data accurately into the ERP system

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to improve quality, efficiency, and cost control

What You Bring

• 2–10 years of CNC machining experience

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

• Expertise in precision measurement and quality inspection

• Ability to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Comfortable with computers and manufacturing software
