Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Industrial Facility Maintenance Technicians. Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as industrial machine maintenance, apartment maintenance, commercial facility maintenance, or similar hands-on technical roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our facility.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
• Conduct plumbing maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Handle moderate HVAC maintenance, including filter changes, belt replacements, and basic diagnostics
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Respond to facility maintenance requests and support operational needs

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am to 4pm 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in industrial maintenance, machine maintenance, apartment maintenance, or commercial facility maintenance
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and basic HVAC
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
