Production Laborer – $17/HR

Location: Congerville and Gridley, IL (20-30 minutes outside of Bloomington)

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Peak Season: 10–12 hr shifts + some 4×10 weeks (Saturdays required when needed)

Join a busy production team where you’ll help run equipment, monitor sensors and conveyor systems, keep the line moving efficiently, and maintain quality standards. You’ll also complete daily forms, perform routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling, cleaning), and help with cleanup.

Physical Requirements:
• Lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 65 lbs occasionally.

Environment: Hot & cold conditions
