Overview
We are looking for a snowplow truck driver who can keep roadways and properties clear and safe during winter weather. This role requires confident driving skills, strong awareness of changing conditions, and a dependable response during snowfall.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate plow-equipped trucks to clear snow from assigned routes, lots, and roadways
• Spread salt, sand, or other de-icing materials using truck-mounted spreaders
• Follow route maps, service logs, and company procedures to ensure timely, thorough results
• Monitor road conditions and adjust plowing techniques as needed
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report mechanical or safety issues right away
• Maintain accurate documentation of route completion, hours, and material usage
• Work extended or irregular hours during snow events, often with little notice
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and other drivers to coordinate operations
• Safely navigate low-visibility situations, icy roads, and heavy snow accumulation

Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license, with CDL preferred and required in some jurisdictions
• Experience driving plow trucks or other commercial vehicles strongly preferred
• Ability to work in severe winter weather and manage physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation and readiness to respond when called
