Responsibilities

• Operates powder coating equipment efficiently and ensures the complete and accurate application of powder that meets customer expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to facility guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards

Experience

• Previous experience as a powder coating applicator is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line work is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
