Seasonal 2nd Shift Pickers & Packers

Location: Southwest Oklahoma City

Pay: $15.50/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Seasonal Pick and Packers to support a growing distribution team in Southwest OKC. In this role, you will help pick and pack customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, quick learners who can work efficiently and are looking for a potential long-term opportunity once seasonal project is completed. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately using order sheets or labels
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Move products to staging or shipping areas as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and accuracy goals

Schedule:

• Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
• Mandatory Fridays as needed for overtime

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required
• Stable work history with proven employment longevity is strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to work the full holiday schedule, including required Fridays
