Full Cycle Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a motivated and organized Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process from job intake through candidate placement. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers or clients to meet hiring goals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, networking, and direct outreach
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and overall fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track candidate activity, notes, and updates within an ATS or CRM system
• Follow up on interview feedback and assist with offer coordination
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
