Job Title: Pick & Pack Associate
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and motivated Pick & Pack Associates to join a high-volume warehouse team. In this role, you will be hired for seasonal needs to accurately packaging products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining quality standards for all outgoing orders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack products for shipment
• Prepare, label, and organize outgoing orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Pay: $15.00/hr

Schedule:

• Standard shifts: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM and  Monday–Friday, OT Saturday
• Peak season schedule: 12-hour shifts (5:00 AM–5:00 PM) , Monday–Saturday

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, full range of motion
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced enviroment
