Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them warmly and professionally.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist candidates through the hiring process with care and empathy
  • Keep the office running smoothly by juggling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Support the recruiting team with scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Manage and update social media platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain an organized front office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable multitasker
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Three professional references required
  • Demonstrated longevity in past employment
  • Interest in or experience with HR, recruiting, or administrative coordination
  • Experience with job boards or candidate sourcing is a huge plus!
